Under what conditions I can return a product?

We will only accept returns from consumers in the following circumstances:

  1. The product was delivered damaged / defective
  2. The product is not to the consumer's liking, contrary to his or her expectations.

When can I return a product?

We only accept returns within the first 14 days of delivery. This period is determined by the date of delivery (or the date the parcel is ready for collection in the parcel shop) and the date of the return receipt, which must be kept by the customer until the order has been fully refunded.

If a product is returned to us after this 14 day period, we cannot refund the order. In this case, we may return the product returned to us outside the time limit to the customer at the customer's expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and can range from €5.90 to €18.90 depending on product type & size (returns outside of Germany can be more expensive).
