Our 3 points plan for a sustainable online trade
1. Compensate for transport emissions
While our shipping partners DHL & GLS already enable climate -neutral transports for the endings, we ensure that the transport of our goods are neutral from production to warehouse CO2.
2. Reduce packaging material
To reduce packaging material and waste, we continuously optimize our product packaging to pack all lamps more compact. This not only saves packaging material, but also increases the number of articles that can be moved with a single transport between production and deposit. So we can reduce the number of transports and reduce emissions.
3. Sustainable returns
In contrast to other large online retailers, returns are not simply disposed of with us. Thanks to our modern warehouse & return portal, we were able to develop processes in which we check and prepare every incoming return. In addition to more sustainable use of raw materials, this achieves a reduction in waste.
