We offer a 30 day money back guarantee within which you can return your parcel to groundless. Thus, zero risk of buying.

We ship all packages with shipment tracking. So you know at any time, where your order is located. In the unlikely case, your package is lost on the shipping route we take full responsibility and send you a new package - without asking questions.

Also in case of damage to your product, we take full responsibility and send you a new package. If this happen, please send us an e-mail with a picture of the damaged product to service@lumiere-design.de.

If you want to send your product back, then we ask you to contact us at service@lumiere-design.de. Our Support Team will help you with your return.

We ship all orders every day from Mondays to Fridays. Your order will be sent with Express shipping from our warehouse in Germany. You can visit our shipping times in ourShipping Information Find.

With us there is no hidden costs. You only pay the price for your product. No more and no less. If there are further unforeseen costs for you, we will, of course, reimburse you.
