Under what circumstances can I return a product?
Returns are from us Only from consumers(B2C) accepted in the following cases:
- The product was damaged / delivered defect
- Contrary to his expectation, the product does not like the product

When can I return a product?
We only accept returns that within the first 14 days after delivery were sent back. The date of delivery in accordance with the shipment information of the shipping service provider (or the day from which the package is ready to be picked up in the parcel shop) and the date of the return lever is decisive for this period, which must be kept by the customer until the order is completely reimbursed.

How do I return a product?

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

Exclusion or expansion reasons

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- To deliver sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed pack when the seal was removed after delivery.
